AL HORNER

Founder

Al graduated from the University of Wisconsin and later received his MBA from the University of Minnesota. He spent five years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy SEALS.  After his time in the service, Al brought dysfunctional companies back to life, turning around six businesses. He founded Not Me! which provides assault prevention and safety training. Not Me assault prevention classes have served over 50,000 class participants.

KELLY JOHNSON

Web Administrator, Program Director and Master Instructor

Kelly was introduced to Not Me training by attending sessions with her two daughters. The message and influence of the program impressed her tremendously, and inspired her to become part of the Not Me team. Her background includes 23 years in law enforcement administration.. Her role at Not Me includes Web Administration, Program Director and Master Instructor for grades 5th/6th, 7th/8th, College Prep and Women's and Corporate classes. Kelly loves empowering people to be safer!

DIANE HORNER

Lead Youth Trainer

Diane has an Education degree, was Fitness Training Director for a major YMCA, and then created an instructional Line Dance video series which was the Bill Board “best selling specialty video series” ever released.  Over the past ten years she has helped develop the Super Hero Kids program and is now the Kids program Lead Trainer. She loves being part of the team that makes kids safer!

LAUREN SELL

Trainer and Outreach Coordinator

Lauren Sell has been in education for 15 years. As a mother of three elementary age little ones, she has a passion for safety, assault prevention and empowering the youth of today to make good choices. Lauren has a BS in Elementary Education from Miami University. She has taught at multiple levels in Ohio, Minnesota and in New York City.

JACKIE COLLINS

Trainer and Outreach Coordinator

Jackie Collins has a B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Teaching and currently works in the Roseville Area School district. Prior to working in the school district she owned and operated a daycare for 14 years. In the accounting field, she worked as a staff accountant, internal auditor, and an international credit & collection financial analyst. Working with children and ensuring they are in a safe and kind environment where they are able to thrive and grow is important to Jackie. Prevention of situations where children are not safe is possible.

LINDA ROSLANSKY

Program Director and Instructor

Linda has a passion for prevention and keeping kids safe and healthy. She has worked with kids of all ages in various roles for over 25 years. She feels blessed to be a community volunteer and advocate for others and loves teaching Super Hero Kids!

Michelle Keller

Trainer and Outreach Coordinator

Michelle is passionate about helping women and children confidently use their intuition and training, to stay safe and prevent assault.  As a mother of two young children, and educator with 12 years of experience within the St. Paul Public School District, assault prevention for young children is her number one priority.  Michelle graduated from the University of St. Thomas with B.A. degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education.

Chris Denton

Senior Director of Corporate Programming, Not Me!

Chris has a Masters in Marketing from Northwestern University and over 20 years of corporate product development experience. Her personal history with assault has made her incredibly passionate about our training. She is on a mission to make sure as many kids and adults as possible around the world experience the life saving class.
